Mouss El Bakkouchi is a highly sought after trainer and contest prep coach, both in the US and in Europe, with over 30 years of training experience in the fitness and bodybuilding industry. As an internationally ranked bodybuilder he walks the talk. Mouss has won so many shows all around the world but his bigger titles were: the overall title at the World Championships in Greece in 2007, won the overall at the Northwest Emerald Cup in 2012, Mr France overall 2007, 5th at the Amateur Mr. Olympia 2019, Mr. World 2007 overall winner. 

Mouss has had many successes with his clients which is why he offers his knowledge and experience from over the years to help and work with all types of people to help them reach their individual goals. Mouss knows that everyone’s situation is unique and he will design a program just for you.
